Charity Bike Ride - 20th March

Volunteers for HDHV completed a bike ride on March 20th 2010 from Havant College to Old Portsmouth to celebrate 30 years of providing summer playschemes for disabled children and to raise much needed funds. 10 cyclists completed the 9 mile ride in 1 hour and 40 mins and only got slightly lost along the way.

Despite the extremely wet and windy weather the cyclists continued regardless and raised an over £600 from sponsorship and collecting buckets at the end point in The Still and West Pub.

Further support was also provided by Andy Clark of Screen Print Promotions who donated 12 printed T shirts for the cyclist to wear.
